Philosophy

Not everyone needs surgery; my philosophy for care involves recommending surgery when needed (acute fractures, infections, non-unions, painful/failed previous surgeries), but otherwise, trying all non-operative modalities first before offering surgical management. Your outcomes are my outcomes, and I want to minimize all risk of any complication as much as you do. We will proceed by making a shared plan together to maximize your individual outcome after surgery.

Clinical Interests

Treating fractures and arthritic pain with non-operative and operative interventions, fracture and joint replacement care for the clavicle, shoulder, elbow, wrist, pelvis, hip, knee and ankle Clinical Trial & Research Interest: Clinical outcomes, quality, technique-based, bench and translational work pertaining to acute fractures, non-unions, malunions, infections and deformities, primary and revision arthroplasty in both upper and lower extremities
